The hotel provides free beach mats and umbrellas for use on Nice's stone beaches, along with a 24/7 filtered water station offering still, sparkling, and iced coffee. Luggage storage in secure lockers is available before check-in and after checkout, and the 24-hour front desk handles express check-in and concierge requests despite reception being staffed from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Rooms
All 21 studios feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, and utensils, concealed behind stylish cabinetry. Rooms include a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, a safe, a hairdryer and straightener, and blackout curtains. The superior studios add a balcony with a drying rack, while soundproofing keeps rooms quiet despite the lively neighborhood.

The hotel sits 100 metres from Avenue Jean Médecin, 250 metres from Promenade du Paillon park, and a five-minute walk to the beach and Vieux-Nice. Galeries Lafayette is directly across the street, and the tram stop for the airport line is two blocks away. Nice-Ville Train Station is a 15-minute walk, and the Promenade des Anglais is 400 metres from the entrance.
Kitchen
A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily in the room or in the lobby seating area, with fresh croissants, bread, butter, and Nespresso coffee included. The 24/7 snack bar in the hallway offers wine, champagne, and packaged snacks for self-service purchase. Around the corner, restaurants like Le Daily-ric and La Popote provide additional dining options for lunch and dinner.
